12 years ago, Ademwerk came into my life because I suffered from panic attacks myself. I had fled from abroad with my two little daughters. Thanks to breathwork, I was able to slowly come out of the freeze and thaw and soften again. It also helped me to feel more secure and empowered within myself. I offer healing sessions from my practice or from the Eibernest in Liessel, where safety is ensured. The Eibernest is a beautiful place in nature with yurts and a tipi. You are welcome 🧡
