Sweat lodge

A Sweat Lodge is a Native American ceremony where participants sit in a small, round hut and heat stones that are then placed in the center of the lodge. By pouring water over the stones, steam is created, increasing the humidity inside the hut. This creates an intense, sweaty environment that is used for spiritual and physical cleansing.
